Terms of Use

Last updated: 04/04/2025

Welcome to Digital Confidence, a service provided by Limbrick Consultancy LLP, trading as The Education Collective. By accessing or using this service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the service.

1. Access to the service

Digital Confidence is a subscription-based support service for schools and multi-academy trusts. Access is granted only to individuals from subscribing organisations and is subject to the terms of the subscription agreement.

2. Fair use

This service is designed to support reasonable and practical use within the subscribing organisation. We offer unlimited access to our resources and help desk, but reserve the right to monitor usage and prevent misuse, including excessive or automated requests that affect system performance or availability.

3. Use of content and resources

All materials, guidance, tools, and templates provided through the Digital Confidence platform are for use only within the subscribing organisation. You must not:

  • Share login details with anyone outside your organisation
  • Distribute, reproduce, or republish our content outside your organisation
  • Use the resources to support multiple organisations unless you have a multi-organisation licence or agreement in place

This includes use by consultants: one subscription does not permit use of resources across multiple client schools or trusts.

4. Intellectual property

All content provided through Digital Confidence remains the intellectual property of Limbrick Consultancy LLP or its licensors. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the content for your organisation’s internal purposes only.

5. Availability of service

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or limit access for maintenance, updates, or where necessary to protect the service.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached, including misuse of the service or unauthorised sharing of resources. Termination does not relieve your organisation of any outstanding fees.

7. Limitation of liability

We provide guidance and resources in good faith but cannot be held liable for any decisions made based on their use. It remains the responsibility of the organisation to ensure compliance with relevant laws and guidance.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of the service indicates your acceptance of any updated terms.

9. Contact us
